A proposal to the National Science Foundation focusing on the risks associated with fractal-drilling induced seismicity. It is an interdisciplinary effort involving geoscientists, engineers, and social scientists. One of the most important things needed is to show the interdisciplinary nature of the effort and how the research groups relate to each other.
