PROJECT DETAILS:
This project started with a logo design / brand make-over. With that design the color palette and overall look at feel is established. The site features functionality items, like a personalized mortgage loan estimator and real-time mortgage rates.
Jim has been in all aspects the mortgage business since 1984. From customer counseling on mortgage options to underwriting and closing the loan. This experience enables Jim to offer a smoother loan application process to my customers. Unlike bank lenders, he works with a number of different lenders, each with somewhat different guidelines.
