Illumen Therapeutics is a microRNA research company that has discovered a novel way to treat dysfunctional p53-driven aggressive cancers with drugs to inhibit PARN. p53 is a tumor-suppressor protein that regulates genome integrity and orchestrates Apoptosis (cell death)
and DNA Repair/Damage Response (DDR).
From the many ideas presented, the client chose this simple idea that features Illumination over other ideas that featured RNA/DNA symbology.
